Every session is conducted by an independent TCM practitioner Rita has known and worked with for years — places her own family relied on for everyday illness and pain long before TCM Relief existed, and now partners with formally to bring guests to.

Prefer a public TCM hospital? We'll handle registration and translation for you.

Some guests prefer to be seen at a public hospital rather than our partner clinic. We're happy to help — here's how it works:

How it works:

1. Send us a photo of your passport's personal information page in advance, so we can complete hospital registration on your behalf.
2. Add us on WeChat (or your preferred messaging app) so we can coordinate directly with you — this lets our staff visit the hospital ahead of time to confirm the exact appointment slot and complete registration for you.
3. On the day of your visit, simply meet us at the hospital at the agreed time. We'll be there to guide you through the process and interpret throughout your consultation.

NOTE: Hospital consultation, treatment, and any medication fees are set by the hospital and paid by you directly to them. Our ¥300 fee covers registration coordination and on-site English translation only.
