Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently ship to the following countries/regions:  United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia etc.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on our shipping policy and your shipping destination. You can view the cost before you finalize your purchase.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use Standard Registered to deliver your orders. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by TCM Relief, as they depend on the carrier and customs processing.

Please note: These are estimates. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible and beyond our control.

4. Import Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be charged by your country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. TCM Relief has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

6. Shipping Problems
If you encounter any issues with your shipment (e.g., lost or damaged package), please contact us at service@tcmrelief.com within 30 days of your order's shipping date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Used or opened products.

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.

• Any product not in its original condition.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at service@tcmrelief.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all parts and accessories, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

3. Ship the return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and refund the original shipping fee.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@tcmrelief.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos/videos of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
